We do not permanently store your uploaded PDF files. All files are processed in-memory and automatically removed after your cropped label PDF is generated. No uploaded content is saved on our servers.

When you upload a PDF label from Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, the file is used solely to detect and crop label areas. These files are not stored, logged, or shared. Only the cropped output is generated and provided to you. We do not analyze or read any customer or shipment details beyond the cropping function.

We use local storage to remember your theme preference (Light/Dark mode) and cookie consent choice. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type, session duration) in order to improve our service. This data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond Google's standard analytics processing.

All PDF processing happens securely using server-side memory. We implement appropriate technical measures to ensure your files and output remain safe. No third-party has access to your uploaded content.

Q Crop Label uses Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve our tools. We also display advertisements served by Google AdSense.
