We do not permanently store your uploaded PDF files. All files are processed in-memory and automatically removed after your cropped label PDF is generated. No uploaded content is saved on our servers.

When you upload a PDF label from Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, the file is used solely to detect and crop label areas. These files are not stored, logged, or shared. Only the cropped output is generated and provided to you. We do not analyze or read any customer or shipment details beyond the cropping function.

We use local storage only to remember your theme preference (Light/Dark mode). We do not track analytics, browsing activity, or personal behavior data.

All PDF processing happens securely using server-side memory. We implement appropriate technical measures to ensure your files and output remain safe. No third-party has access to your uploaded content.

Q Crop Label does not integrate tracking services such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels. No third-party receives any user data or uploaded files.

Q Crop Label is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the website means you accept these changes.
