By accessing and using Q Crop Label, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Q Crop Label's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You must not redistribute or modify the materials except as allowed by these Terms.

The materials on Q Crop Label's website are provided "as is". Q Crop Label makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

In no event shall Q Crop Label or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Q Crop Label's website.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the PDFs they upload. Do not upload copyrighted, fraudulent, or illegal material. You must have the right to upload and process any file you submit.

Uploaded PDFs and generated cropped files may be temporarily stored to process requests. We retain files only as long as necessary to provide the service and for troubleshooting; refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Q Crop Label allows users to upload PDF invoices/labels from Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart (and similar marketplaces). After upload, our system will detect and crop label areas and provide a processed PDF containing the cropped labels (one or multiple pages depending on your input). By using this feature you agree that: (a) you own or have permission to process the uploaded PDFs, (b) cropped outputs may be adjusted automatically for alignment and size, and (c) we are not responsible for marketplace-specific formatting changes that might affect automatic detection. If automated detection fails, the site may offer a manual crop tool or request a re-upload.

Q Crop Label may revise these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last changed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
